Introduction: The ToxIC Qualified Clinical Data Registry (TQCDR)
In December 2017, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) approved ACMT's application to establish the ToxIC Qualified Clinical Data Registry (TQCDR) along with 6 medical toxicology quality measures. These are the first measures specifically designed for and by medical toxicologists.

Since 2010 the ToxIC Registry has expanded to over 50 sites across the United States and a handful of other countries. In addition, ToxIC includes the majority of active U.S. medical toxicology practices and accredited medical toxicology fellowship programs.
